After a collision, a vehicle may have damaged wheels, steering, suspension or bodywork that makes driving unsafe. Accident recovery towing in Al Khobar starts with checking the vehicle’s position, visible damage and a safe way to load it.
Safety comes before moving the car
If anyone may be injured or the scene presents an immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services first. Follow police or road-authority instructions and do not stand in live traffic to take photos or inspect the vehicle.
Information for the towing enquiry
- Exact location and whether the vehicle is obstructing traffic.
- Visible damage and whether any wheel is bent or unable to roll.
- Vehicle size and whether airbags have deployed, if known.
- Any restrictions on access or loading.
- The workshop, storage location or other destination.
Loading a damaged vehicle
A flatbed or another suitable method may be needed depending on damage and wheel movement. Tell the operator about leaking fluids, loose parts or underbody damage so the loading plan can be assessed.
Confirm details before dispatch
